Mulberry has long been used for its health properties in Chinese herbal medicine and cultivated for silk worm and farming.
Grown in the Jiri mountains of South Korea and processed by an organic farm (JAS, USDA, EU) that has been naturally cultivating several types of traditional Korean organic teas for decades. Using tea processing techniques to these herbs helps to enhance their flavor and aroma, whilst benefiting from their natural properties.
Slight nutty, baked taste with a hint of sweetness and a refreshing green after taste.
