Korea: Artemisia 쑥차대
Artemisia is a shrub that grows in the wild and picked once a year in early spring. It has been used for its unique taste, aroma, and health benefits for centuries.
Grown in the Jiri mountains of South Korea and processed by an organic farm (JAS, USDA, EU) that has been naturally cultivating several types of traditional Korean organic teas for decades. Using tea processing techniques to these herbs helps to enhance their flavor and aroma, whilst benefiting from their natural properties.
Very aromatic and slightly sweet taste with notes of pepper, mint and an earthy after taste.
