Kamairi Yabukita. 100% Yabukita that is pan fired by an award winning tea master.  Kamairi is the first production method brought to Japan from China.  The finished tea leaves have a beautiful luster, with a strong aroma, and are curled.

Intense baked notes in the first steeping washing away to a deep green taste.  Yellowish tint in the liquor.  Exquisite, complex, and deeply satisfying.
