Most people only know about the persimmon's fruit, but its leaves have a large number of vitamins and benefits long enjoyed in China, Korea, and Japan.
Grown in the Jiri mountains of South Korea and processed by an organic farm (JAS, USDA, EU) that has been naturally cultivating several types of traditional Korean organic teas for decades. Using tea processing techniques to these herbs helps to enhance their flavor and aroma, whilst benefiting from their natural properties.
