This "farmer's tea" consists of the stems and coarse leaves and is a byproduct of this farm’s Kabuse tea. This tea has been shaded for about fifteen days to enrich the amino acid count and balance the tannins found in the stems. It is freshly baked upon ordering to further enhance its aroma and taste.
